Ronnah comes to Pyramis with 15+ years of Property Management and real estate experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional service. This native Texan was born in Corpus Christi but has lived in the San Antonio area for many years and is always excited to help with your real estate needs to buy, sell or invest and work with 1031 exchanges. Over the past few years, Ronnah has been focusing on working with investors, helping them to diversify and build their portfolio to create their own dynasty. Whether investors are looking for an investment for a rental property and looking for cash flow or looking to rehab a home, it is important to work with an agent who can help estimate the cost of repairs and find the ARV. Ronnah also enjoys seeing the joy on a first-time buyers face when they can buy their first home. Whether working with buyers or sellers, her core values, great work ethic, and high integrity strive for the perfect transaction. While she has spent the last several years working by referral, her customer service skills speak for themselves.
Ronnah is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), currently serving on the Board of Directors, also serving as a Director with Texas REALTORS®, member of the Professional Standards Committee, and member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Ronnah earned her Accredited Buyers Representative Designation (ABR) and New Home Specialist which requires additional education hours and was also named 2018 Property Management Specialist of the Year nominated by her peers at SABOR. Ronnah has served at the local and state level and continues to volunteer her time to give back to the business that she loves ~ Past Chair of the Leasing and Property Management Committee at SABOR, Past Chair of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC) as well as a major investor for several years.
Ronnah also holds the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) designations from Texas REALTORS®. These designations require extensive actual experience in residential property management, plus an additional 10 courses before eligibility is considered. Additionally, Ronnah holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) as well as Master Property Manager (MPM®) designations from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). These designations have a rigorous set of requirements to include actual property management experience, participation in the NARPM organization, coursework, and more.
Ronnah has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers for over 15 years as well as the San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter (SAMAC) of NARPM, was honored to receive the Presidents’ Award in 2015 and served as the chapter President in 2017 and served as President in 2022 for the Texas Hill Country NARPM Chapter. She also serves on the Professional Development Committee for NARPM at the national level.
When not hard at work, she enjoys the beach, cruising, live music and spending time with her granddaughter.
