Selective & Focused

Like our residential management services, we’re also selective as to the types of commercial properties we manage. Being selective allows us to manage properties that fit our style of portfolio. These types of properties are unique in their management needs but very desirable to many different tenants.

In our residential offering, we don’t manage large apartment complexes. Similarly, in our commercial offering, we don’t manage large office buildings. Both of those are best suited for those who specialize in those types of properties. But, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have access to the same services provided by the large companies. Well Maintained

At Pyramis Company, we ensure that your property looks its best at all times. We will maintain the cleanliness, assist with the clean-out or demolition and suggest/assist with necessary improvements before your property goes on the market. Once the property is in its best condition, we will identify the target market and develop a plan to reach the desired demographic using signage, prominence in search software, direct mail, and social media. With years of experience, we have countless resources to get maximum exposure for your property listing.


Pyramis’ management services include a vast variety of capabilities with everything from the financial aspect of your investment to the daily management of building operations. Our financial services include but are not limited to, budget projections, reconciliation & collection of tenant reimbursements, complete financial reporting, and property tax evaluations by recommended tax consultants. In addition, the services we offer to maintain successful operations of your property includes overseeing insurance settlements, regular on-site inspections, supervision & evaluation of properties, renovations/leasehold improvements, and 24/7 emergency response. We are focusing our commercial offering to small office buildings and cottage-style office communities. One such property we are exceptionally proud to manage is a 5-building, 31,000 square foot office community at The Dominion, off of IH-10 near the outskirts of San Antonio, Texas. Our efforts have rehabbed most of the property and achieved 100% occupancy, with a waiting list of interested tenants. These efforts have helped our client to increased profitability due to streamlined costs, increased rents, and a better tenant experience.

Experience & Knowledge
