Just like photos, if it’s priced too high, they’ll move along to another property. We don’t simply run a price per square foot average for the neighborhood and apply that to your home. Photos & Video
Photos are very important, as much of the home-search process is done online. If the property photos don’t look good, they’ll move onto another property without giving yours a second thought. We take high-quality photos of all our properties to give them the best shot at getting rented quickly right from the beginning. We are the only ones in San Antonio to also shoot 360° video tours of our properties. These are included in the listings and make them available on our website. These give viewers a quick virtual walkthrough of the property that photos or regular video can’t quite match.
Some companies simply base a prospective tenant’s eligibility on their credit score. Unfortunately, the credit score doesn’t tell the entire story.
