Good morning!  Thanks so much for this!  What are your thoughts on the carpet and the paint?  It looks like I might only be staying in San Antonio for a year, so I’d like to keep my relationship with you and Craig as I will likely rent it out after the year or so that I am in San Antonio.  If the carpet needs replacing or the interior needs painting, I’d love to have that done as part of the move out of the current tenant so when I move out (I tend NOT to make a mess), the house will be turnkey for a new renter.  Of the 4 different property management companies with which I work, your property management company in San Antonio, you are the one that has been the most responsive and most helpful!  Let me know.  Thanks!
