In reflecting upon my previous response to your e-mail, regarding the fact that Pyramis Company has been successful in leasing our property but wants our approval for needed repairs, my wife and I decided that it comes across as too harsh. It was written at five o’ clock in the morning our time and intended to be quick and to the point.

The reality is, we are both extremely pleased to learn that you have successfully found a new tenant in so short a time…particularly in the current economic market.   If I came across as Ebenezer Scrooge I wish to apologize. When my wife woke up and read my reply to you she admonished me about this and expressed, rather, her extreme delight in your having found a tenant under these circumstances.

She is right and I am not as diplomatic as I ought to be much of the time. You are the best Property Management Company in San Antonio.

In any case, we want to both express our most sincere appreciation for your efforts and the efforts of Pyramis Company on our behalf. We have told you this previously, but I want to re-state it here. We are both very pleased with the way your company handles and has handled the management of our property. Please keep up the good work.
