Craig Acord

With over thirty years of experience in the field of property management in San Antonio, Craig’s expertise and vision is the driving force behind the asset management team. Craig’s qualifications come with 10 years experience a Vice President of Operations within the retail division at Fox Photo, and 34 years as an agent licensed to sell real estate in the state of Texas. The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) has certified Craig as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). The CPM® Certification indicates that Craig has successfully passed the educational requirements of IREM® as well as having demonstrated a high level of ethical conduct. Also, Craig was approved by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®). As well as numerous real estate sales awards, Craig received his Associates Degree in Applied Science from MIT in Milwaukee and a Bachelor Degree from Ohio University. Craig is also a profesional freelance photographer. Craig was appointed to serve a three year term as a Director for the San Antonio Board of Realtors® (2001-2003). Craig was also nominated for “Property Manger of the Year 1993? by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 1990 and is listed in the 22nd Edition of “Who’s Who in the South and Southwest.” Craig has served five terms as Chairman of the Property Management Committee for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, is a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and a past member of the Texas Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. Craig currently has served on the SABOR Property Management Committee and Grievance Committee assigned to hear complaints within the property management industry levied against board members. Craig is also an Environmental Assessment Consultant (EAC) certified to complete Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Phase I Site Assessments. As a result of Craig’s background and philosophies of excellence in management service and merchandising, Pyramis has established a reputation for industry leadership and success. On the personal side, Craig has been married for 45 years to his wife Nancy. They have a daughter who is a graduate of Texas Lutheran College and a son who is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. When not at work or participating in family ventures and activities, Craig enjoys the outdoors, photography, and hunting, preferably in Colorado, Kansas, South Dakota, and Montana.
