Little did we suspect while sitting around our dining room table in San Antonio in 1993 that we would still need to be conversing with Pyramis 21 years later. Although we apparently have not received our final statement, I feel you should be made aware of how pleased we are for the job that both Heather and Art performed.

I am not sure when Heather became our contact but I’m estimating at least 10 years ago. During that time she was always responsive to our questions and requests and giving us advice when necessary. She was especially helpful once we decided to put the property on the market by going out of her way to pick colors and light fixtures needed to prepare the house for sale. I have been in retail long enough to know that customer “demands” can be trying and hectic, but she came through with flying colors.

We also want to convey our appreciation and gratefulness to Art in handling the sale of the property. He answered all of our “stupid” questions, kept us informed without us needing to follow up and overall made the experience much less traumatic than we had anticipated. While we knew we wanted to sell, we were not looking forward to the experience or process. Art more than eased those concerns by making the transaction much more painless than expected.

Please let them know how pleased we are with the jobs that they did and know that we would not hesitate to recommend Pyramis property management in San Antonio should the opportunity present itself. Unfortunately, to be realistic, we have no plans of returning to San Antonio and therefore this opportunity is rather unlikely.
