Pyramis Company has managed single-family rental homes in San Antonio since 1985. Craig Acord holds the CPM® designation through IREM; Adam Acord holds the RMP®, TRPM, and TRLS. Both are licensed Texas real estate brokers. The firm manages 300–325 homes across San Antonio and surrounding areas under the same independent ownership for more than 40 years.

Since 1985, the Pyramis Company has built one of San Antonio’s longest-standing records in professional single-family property management. The Pyramis Company currently manages single-family homes, as well as small multi-unit properties, in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Always involved, always innovative, the Pyramis Company has been recognized as a leader in the property management profession. In addition, Craig Acord’s work in producing a single family management manual in conjunction with a Regional Management firm received national recognition by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the National Association of REALTORS®. This won first place in IREM’s Forms and Brochures Contest at the 1986 Midwinter Education Conference.
