Broker Associate, TACS, RMP®, GRI, TRPM, TRLS
After spending the better part of two decades managing IT operations for multiple organizations, Adam decided it was time to take on some new challenges. From overseeing daily IT activities to negotiating vendor agreements, and managing construction projects to handling large-scale technology deployment and integration initiatives, he is well-versed in what it takes to manage a successful business operation.
He had been involved behind the scenes with Pyramis Company since the age of 15 and had been a contributing member of the organization for some time. Combining fresh ideas with a solid business and technology background, the time had come for him to move into the foreground at Pyramis in 2014 as Pyramis’ Vice President & General Manager.
For eight years, the use of various technologies was vastly increased in order to improve our level of service. This is just the beginning.
The company was built with one tenet: provide the best quality property management services possible for our clients. Today, our mission stands stronger than ever. Our ability to deliver on that mission is more crucial than ever.
The Pyramis Company, founded in 1985 by Adam’s father, Craig, celebrated its 37th anniversary in 2022 and has been well-known as a property management leader in San Antonio for most of that time. Under Adam’s leadership, and with the rest of our phenomenal team, Pyramis will continue to be a local market leader for managing single family & commercial office investment property for the next 30+ years.
Adam has held a Texas Real Estate license since 2014, and has held a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license since 2020. He is a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), Texas REALTORS® (TR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In 2015, he attained the designation of GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute). This designation gives REALTORS® the tools and knowledge needed to provide superior service to our clients. GRI designees are a cut above other REALTORS®. In 2020, Adam became one of the first REALTORS® in Texas to achieve the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) designation. It requires several years of actual commercial real estate experience, plus 90 classroom hours of instruction. Adam also holds the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) designations from TR since 2016. These designations require extensive actual experience in residential property management, plus an additional 10 courses before eligibility is considered.
Adam is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, as well as the San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter (SAMAC) of NARPM and served as an executive officer of the local chapter in 2018. Adam also holds NARPM’s Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation. Received in 2017, this designation has a rigorous set of requirements to include actual property management experience, participation in the NARPM organization, coursework, and more. He has also served on the Professional Development Committee participating in the authorship and review of NARPM’s educational courses at the national level since 2018 and is currently working to achieve his Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation from NARPM®.
Adam also has been a member of the Leasing & Property Management Committee for SABOR since 2015 and served as the committee’s chairperson in 2020. He was also appointed to the inaugural Commercial Committee for SABOR for 2021 and continues to serve on it in 2022, in addition to being appointed to the MLS committee for 2022.
