We have been renting a property from The Pyramis Company for close to four years now. We’ve always rented because we didn’t think we could afford to buy. Pyramis sends out a newsletter from time to time covering different subjects. One of them asking whether their tenants would ever like to buy their own home. Well I responded to one of those newsletters recently and Mr. Art Del Negro helped my wife and I get pre-approved for a loan towards the purchase our first home. So I just wanted to take a minute to thank Mr. Del Negro for all he’s done and also to the rest of the Pyramis team. They’ve always been a pleasure to work with. Also, hats off to Mrs. Heather Tafolla. She’s our property manager and she’s always done a great job in dealing with us. Thanks again everyone.
