I have been using this company to manage two of my properties in San Antonio, TX since 2006. I am very happy with their services. Michelle was the first person at the firm to manage both homes and she was fantastic! After she left about 3 years ago I was very concerned that I would not receive the same level of service. I was incorrect. Katie Demers is the new property manager and she has been wonderful! They respond to me within hours or within 24 hours at the latest to all phone calls. They have made my being an out of state landlord much easier.
