Pyramis Company has been managing the rental of our house for over 20 years. In this time frame we have dealt with many property managers who were competent and reliable. The president, Craig Acord has been responsive during this long relationship. As home owners we write this review on Heather Huddleston, our present property manager in San Antonio. During the last several years Heather has always answered our communications promptly by e-mail or phone calls. She has taken care of repairs and maintenance, and personally inspected on many occasions. As long distance home owners, she has guided us professionally with many decisions. In December of last year we decided to take the house off the rental market. Heather handled the departing tenant (who was delinquent and negligent) firmly, but again professionally. In deciding to possibly reoccupy our house we made major decisions to restore the house. All has turned out beautifully because Heather was such a good manager. This was complicated by the fact that we were communicating with Heather in Texas from Central Pennsylvania. She kept the contractors on task, on schedule, and inspected their work herself.

Heather is an asset to Pyramis Company. She is knowledgeable, competent and reliable.
